4. Non-Returnable Items
The following products may not be eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products returned after the applicable return period.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or care by the customer.
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable or final sale.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway and banking processing times.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through an appropriate electronic payment method after the required customer details are verified.
6. Refund Processing Time
After the return is approved, refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs or videos of the package and product to verify the issue. Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a product being damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by AADHYA CREATION, we may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.
For returns due to reasons other than product defects or incorrect shipment, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
9. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
